Exporting Stills from Final Cut Pro
You may often want to take a still out of a movie clip to create your menu. This is easy to do with Final Cut Pro.

1. Go to File>Export and choose QuickTime Conversion.

2. Under this pop-up menu, choose Still menu.

3. Fill in the dialogue box for the name of the image and save to the appropriate folder.
