Rena’s first solo album, Breaking the Divide
The album’s sultry, downtempo ambient, epic electronic feel is just one of the many diverse moods and musical styles Rena can conjure in a live performance. An extremely versatile musician, Rena has performed in settings ranging from acoustic introspection to traditional Eastern music to thumping electronic dance floor beats. She performs solo as well as with other musicians, and even in improvisational settings involving live dancers and artists. Her instrumentation includes violin, cello, vocals and electronics. She’s performed live with such acts as Estas, Lumin, Akasha, Sound Tribe Sector 9, Mark Deutsch and world renowned sound healer Fabien Maman.
