The goal is to encode video and Import it into DVD Studio Pro. Create a Track out of it and then add some Markers.

1. Copy the 3.20.ass folder from the network to the user folder>IDST 144 on your hard drive. If there isn't an 144 folder on your hard drive, create one for this class. Bring the hawk.mov file into FCP.

2. Export the file as an MPG-2 file, using the one pass VBR encoding.

4. Once you are done with the above steps, import the two encoded files into DVDSP.

5. Create a Track and add two Markers.

6. Put your project with the Track on the network in a folder with your name on it in the 3.20 student assignments folder.
