Assignment #9

The goal is to import the tracks and a menu and put the project together using button links to markers. You will also set end jumps from the markers to the tracks. After that, you will also create some stories in order to have all the tracks play as one single movie.

1. Copy the DVDSPTracks folder from the network to the user folder>M133 on your hard drive.

2. Import all the files into DVDSP.

3. Create the main menu and set the overlay. Add button hotspots and select colors. Name your buttons and menus!

4. Create tracks for the movies.

5. Link the buttons on the Main menu to the correct Track or Marker.

6. Use the Inspector to make the markers and track return to the correct button on the menu after the segment plays.

7. Don't forget to set First Play and other disc settings (such as naming your disc).

Part II: Create a Simple Story
1. Create an invisible hot spot for the Play All button on the Main Menu.

2. Create stories and link them together to play all the tracks.

3. Link the button to the story you created. Have that story return to the menu when it's done.

4. Save the project in your directory in the studentwork folder on the server.
